The through bolt is used for direct fix foundations. It is essentially a ballasted option, where the system is bolted directly into a concrete base. The bolts go through the brackets at the base and directly into drilled holes in the concrete.
End clamps secure the solar panels to the mounting rails, and are used at the ends of the row of panels (in between panels, use the mid clamps).
These end clamps are adjustable and are able to fit solar panels with a 30-50mm frame thickness.
These 3300 mm rails can be used for the new generation of wider panels, taking away the need to add splice to the end of traditional rail to secure 3 panels to a rail.
The mounting rails are the core of the system. For each row of panels, a pair of rails is mounted horizontally on the roof and supported by rook hooks. The distance between the rails should be around three-quarters of the panel height. The panels are then laid on the rails and clamped in place with the end clamps and mid clamps.
Lengths of rail can be joined together using rail splice kits to create longer rows. Rails can also be cut to length with a hacksaw or grinder.

The S-5-S Mini is a medium-duty, non-penetrating seam clamp. It is ideal for attaching solar arrays and other equipment.
Installation is as simple as placing the clamp on the seam and tightening the round-point setscrew (grub screw) to the specified tension. Then, affix ancillary items using the bolt provided. For fixing Renusol rails we suggest the Renusol L bracket is used.

The Brace is used to create a strong structural support for the panels to be mounted on. It attaches from the rear Upright to the next closest rear Upright.
