The quality control Trina applies is more stringent then regulation requirements, with over 30 in-house tests, that allow Trina to offer a product warranty of 15 years and a warranty on output of 25 years.
New to 2022, the Vertex S+ is Trina's first N-Type panel. With a Dual-glass design, the S+ offers high reliability to harsh conditions and better light trapping for high power outage. The Vertex S+ offers a universal solution for residential and C&I systems, designed for compatibility with most mainstream inverters, optimises and mounting systems.
These panels also included an extensive 25 year product warranty and 30 year power warranty thanks to a 0.4% annual degradation rating enabled by N-type technology.
The Eddi 2.1 diverts surplus power from your solar or wind turbine system – putting it to use to heat your water or rooms rather than exporting it to the grid.
Eddi is an energy management system for use with grid-tied PV or wind turbine systems. Excess energy from the microgeneration system is used to heat water or rooms rather than exporting it to the grid. Two heaters are supported (typically top and bottom immersion heaters).
A grid current sensor (supplied) simply clips around the incoming supply cable. This sensor is used to monitor excess power and the Eddi automatically adjusts the voltage to the heater load, thereby consuming the surplus power. Harvi, a self-powered wireless sensor is available separately.
An internal expansion interface provides a means to add and expansion module to enable various functions such as auto switching from day-time and night-time supply, heat pump interfacing for legionella control and temperature sensing. An optional ELS module allows the Eddi to be officially used for G100 compliant Export Limiting Schemes, avoiding expensive grid network reinforcement costs.
The Eddi utilises myenergi’s proprietary VariSineTM technology to ensure compliance with worldwide power grid standards.
Incredibly efficient and sustainable, aroSTOR uses thermal energy to heat hot water collected via an external air duct or it can recycle hot air from within the room where it’s installed. The only other energy needed is the electricity to run the appliance.
aroSTOR heat pumps use only R290 natural refrigerant, which is used widely in household appliances such as domestic fridge freezers. With R290, aroSTOR gives excellent performance for water heating as it can deliver 60° in the cylinder without any need for a back-up heater, whilst still providing strong efficiency levels.
