Terms and Conditions of Eco Energy Vision Limited:

Welcome to Eco Energy Vision Limited (“the Company”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our products and services in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
1. Ordering and Purchasing
Working Day: A day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday when banks in London are open for business.
1.2. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase will be the final price.
1.3. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1.4. Delivery: While we aim to deliver products within the agreed timeframe, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
2. Warranty and Returns
2.1. Warranty: Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified warranty period. Warranty details are provided with each product and on our website.
2.2. Returns: If you’re not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 40 days of purchase for a refund, subject to our Return Policy.
3. Installation and Maintenance
3.1. Installation: Our solar panels and inverters should be installed by qualified professionals according to applicable UK laws and industry standards.
3.2. Maintenance: Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance. Please follow the maintenance guidelines provided with each product.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. No Indirect Damages: We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
4.2. Maximum Liability: Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product or service in question.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
5.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
5.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration administered by an arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement or, if no agreement can be reached, by the courts of England and Wales.
6. Force Majeure
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the Goods arising from circumstances outside the Company’s control.
6.2 Non-exhaustive illustrations of such circumstances would be act of God, war, riot, explosion, abnormal weather conditions, fire, flood, strikes, lockouts, Government action or regulations (UK or otherwise), delay by suppliers, accidents and shortage of materials, labour or manufacturing facilities.
6.3 Should the Company be prevented from delivering in the above circumstances, it shall give the Buyer written notice of this fact as soon as reasonably practicable.
6.4 If the circumstances preventing delivery are continuing three months after the Buyer receives the Company’s notice, then either party may give written notice to the other cancelling the contract.
6.5 If the contract is cancelled in this way, the Company will refund any payment which the Buyer has already made on account of the price (subject to deduction of any amount the Company is entitled from the Buyer) but the Company will not be liable to compensate the Buyer for any further loss or damage caused by failure to deliver.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Severability: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
7.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Eco Energy Vision Limited regarding the subject matter herein.
